Bill was a big help right from the get go. Funny thing is, I came to hunt down decals for my 2000 Dyna Wide Glide cuz Im redoing the tank and the decals are obsolete. Noticed the Road Glide Soecial and fell in love with it. I went to get a drink and I came back and the bike was gone! Bill noticed me looking for it and he told me it was out for a test ride. Well, I'm living proof that that statement is Factual! after a long day choosing my upgrade from my 2015 Sportster 1200 T super low We finally found the right fit to my budget! the new 2018 Roadster in Denim Black and Chrome is an awesome choice! Enters the dragon! my available cash down was about a bit shy! like 3 weeks shy! and after a brief Call to Barb, the Finance Manager Jay came back with the best news ever! (Not throwing the details out here) But let's just say I Rode home that night with my new Harley! I Have been enjoying the new Ride since every day! Yes, Every Day! after only 7 days I Already had over 500 miles on her! and participated in the Armed Forces Freedom Ride! this Sunday will be exactly 2 Weeks with my Ride and will most likely have to schedule my 1K service already! I was in the market for a new bike. I already own 2, a Honda Shadow I purchased new in 2011 and a 2009 Sportster I bought used a year or so ago and I wanted this new bike to be special and my last. I did a lot of on line researching and was divided between a few brands. For some reason I decided to stop into Barb's one day and look at some HD bikes. I've heard horror stories about how HD dealers treat you like crap and have terrible attitudes when dealing with customers. Well I'm here to say, nothing could be further from the truth. The first person I met was a saleswoman named Angela and she was just simply incredible. She approached me in the showroom when I was looking at some bikes on my first visit and made me feel completely at ease the moment I met her. She was patient, super helpful and never once did I feel "pressured" as some salespersons can make you feel. I went back to Barb's maybe 3 or 4 times before deciding on not only buying a Harley but which Harley I liked the best. And every time Angela was just fantastic. Though I was interested in a few other brand's bikes, literally the deciding factor for me was the experience I had with Angela as well as with the rest of the staff I met at Barb's. I've worked in the automotive industry my entire life and I know the value of great customer service. Barb's excels at this and they made my buying experience a truly memorable one.

My wife and I came in to look for my First Harley and I was greeted by Angela, she was so very patient, understanding and she went above and beyond for us. She helped me find the perfect bike, she even helped customize it while I had it stored there for the winter (that's how much i trusted her). She never rushed me to pick it up and she kept an eye on it for me. We became good friends and Angela along with the whole dealership made us a part of the family. I can not say enough good things about Angela, she is the greatest. The Motor clothes girls Especially Megan, Brittany and Sue are so helpful and just a delight to come visit. Actually I have 2 comments. First off. BRITTNEY, Above and beyond. I came in with 2 helmets I purchased elsewhere while on vacation. They didn't take the theft tags off. I didn't realize this until I was home. Brought them to Barbs along with my receipt. Asked for help. Well, Barbs has a different design and their tool wouldn't work. Brittney was not hearing any of that. she took my helmets in the back and came out with the devices removed. I couldn't thank her enough. She acted as though it was no big deal. It was huge to me. 100 miles from where I bought the Helmets. THANKS AGAIN.Connor, Salesman that I never bought anything from but was always there to help me. I was going to put my bike in to have the shocks tightened. He encouraged me to attempt it mysekf and how easy it was. Well, a $10.00 wrench and 20 minutes in labor. My bike rides like a charm.I'd like thank the whole staff. Great bunch of people.

This was my second major purchase with Barb's Harley Davidson. My Salesman Scott Price is the epitome of what a sales professional is. Over a period of two years since my last purchase Scott has been in contact with me, always welcoming me to the dealership with a warm smile and a good conversation about bikes, family and career. It has always been about more than just bikes but actually knowing the customer and in the process becoming friends and family. I commend Barb and her staff for making this purchase another phenomenal experience and making it impossible to get rid of my ear to ear smile as I blasted down the highway on my new Road Glide. If you aren't taking to Scott about a new Harley Davidson you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Motor clothing: Brittany, Services dept: Ed and David, last but not least Twiz as my mechanic who takes time to explain in detail all the work that he is doing. Public Relation is Sarg. My wife and I purchased our first bike this weekend, a 2004 H-D Night Train. The bike is obviously awesome but the service we received from Connor Johnson was superior, he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect bike for us. His knowledge of both the new and pre-owned bikes and the history behind the different models was incredible. I purchased a 2012 Honda Goldwing from your dealership today. But this feedback is more for one of your employees, Conner Johnson! I can't say enough about his patient attitude and overall ability to make an individual feel comfortable at your dealership. We stopped by Barb's with the whole family a few weeks ago just to buy a HD T-shirt for my brother-in-law. I was perusing the used bikes and Conner was the one chosen to unlock the facility and chaperone my family as I reviewed your pre-owned inventory. As I was looking at the bikes my six year old proceeded to talk about the aerodynamics of the different bikes and the different components on the engine. I am a flight engineer by trade and my son and I spend a lot of time talking about airplanes, engines and why things are shaped the way they are shaped. So this has carried over in my son's mind to other things other than airplanes. Well, Conner got to listen to my son talk and boy can he talk. Rather than just pacify my son, Conner returned the conversation and as a parent, I thoroughly appreciated that respect Conner showed my son. Conner then proceeded to answer a plethora of questions I had about the Goldwing. I came in to buy a shirt, not a bike! I had reservations about a bike that big and switching from my 800cc to an 1800cc bike, but Conner put my nerves at rest and we went on a nice bike ride the next day to test drive the bike. It took me over a week of constant thinking about this bike and if I should make such a major purchase and Conner was very patient with me during this process. I truly appreciated that kind of attitude and understanding. I finally decided to go with the bike. Due to a screw up from the bank, I was not able to get my money the day I thought I was going to get it and I bumped right up to the day I was having knee surgery. Conner was able to work things out and I was able to come in the today to pay for the bike and Conner will ride it to my house tomorrow and deliver it because I am unable to due to my surgery. Bottomline, Conner is one heck of salesman and one heck of an individual. You are lucky to have him on your team and I was glad he was there to walk me through this process and do it at my pace.Sincerely,Rich Clifford

I purchased a 2012 Harley Davidson FLS Softail Slim,I love it! It's the perfect bike for me and I bought it at the perfect place to buy a motorcycle. I recently came in and had my mind set on an Iron 883, they were nothing but helpful and made the entire process simple. I came back two weeks later and had an exhaust and air cleaner installed. They were great again. After riding the bike for a few weeks I felt I wanted more power and did not want to pour money into the sportster. So, I came back in and the sales department hooked it up. They help get me the most amount of money for the trade in and they got me on a Street Bob right away. All I had to do was write a check and sit and have coffee. The sales staff here is outstanding.

All i had to do was to put a little bit of money down to close the deal . I wanted to pass on a THANK YOU to Dave from the Service department. I had my bike in your shop back in November for the Front Tire that was bad and needed to be replaced due to side wall cracking. Because of the date I purchased my bike, The work and tire replacement was not going to be covered under any warranty. Because of it being the weekend, Corporate Harley Davidson was not open so I needed to purchase the tire full price. Dave told me that he would Call HD and see if there was any way of getting the Tire covered under Warranty in spite of the elapsed time since the purchase because of the cracks. I had the Tire replaced and road my bike home thinking there was no way anyone would go to bat and try to get my money back specially after I already paid the bill. a few days later, Dave called and informed me that $240.00 was credited to my account because HD covered the Tire. Amazing. So PLEASE DO pass on a big thank you to Dave for his Follow up. HE could have just let it go and push my papers into a File. IT is Service like that which takes Customer Service and relationships to that Next Level. A Place where Everyone feels special and at home. THANK YOU Again.

I'm 44 I have wanted a harley forever but having kids and a lot of thing s to pay just wasn't in the cards, so I settled for other types of bikes but was never happy finally I got my chance to get my Harley and I did a 2013 fat boy brand new from where else Barbs Harley Davidson the best Harley dealer in this area my salesman Scott Price was awesome the business manager awesome the entire Dealership made the experience just great helped make a dream come true , now I am a service manager at a big Buick Gmc dealer so customer service is very Important to me and they did it perfect I was locked on 4 different bike types but Scott was patient did not lead me one way or the other he showed me bikes explained everything and bottom line it all lead me back to my first love the fat boy nothing says Harley like a fat boy, so all said all my bike anything will be done at Barbs from all my services to my clothing buys and if and when I get my next bike it will be a Harley from Barbs, this is just a thank you to Scott and a everyone that helped me there Barb you have a great place and great people working there and I will refer all my friends and family there without question thanks again oh and ps Barbs is about a hour from me I have a Harley dealer less then 10 minutes from and I know half the staff and no one even bothered to call me back after I looked at a bike there there loss my gain!!!!!!!!

I always knew that your dealership was a cut above the rest, but after my husband Ed and myself were involved in a motorcycle accident we knew our decision to cross the bridge to purchase our bike was the correct one. Brent in your service department is such a asset to your dealership he went to bat for us with our insurance and got what needed to be done. The bike is as good now after repairs from the accident as it was the day we took it from the showroom. Our friends here in PA ask why we travel to New Jersey to buy a bike or for service and our answer is because of the service, quality of service and the great people who work there. Lets not forget the clothing department, I shopped while Ed did the papers to pick up the bike. Meg and Mark treat me like and old friend they never fail to know what I like and show it too me. My 2013 Tri-Glide needed a little further clutch adjustment after its 1,000 mile service. I brought it in (unannounced) 4 days before a planned trip to the Catskills in NY State. After explaining my issue directly to Harry, I waited about 30 minutes and my trike was done. Gone was my problem!!! My wife and I had a fantastic trip to NY and the trike performed flawlessly. It was an absolute pleasure to ride (despite the rain) It is this caring and understanding that the customer is not "crazy" that starts at the top of your organization and is definitely evident throughout all personnel. I recently purchased a pre owned 2007 Electra Glide. It is my first bike in over 26 years and my first HD. EVERYONE at Barbs has been absolutely incredible to deal with, from sales to parts, service and apparel. I searched for quite awhile before making my choice. I had been to the other HD dealers in the area and even though they were knowledgable about their equipment, the people at Barbs just blew me away. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a bike and they took their time showing me everything they had. I also have to say that their listed prices were substantially lower than equal equipment at the other locations.Lastly and probably most importantly to me, was the fact that every time I entered the dealership to "just look around" and do more research, I was very impressed that Barb met everyone at the door. I have added many custom parts to my bike over the past two years and have had exceptional service each time. In the last 5 or 6 months I have been adding more chrome each month. Had to give up all of my toys including my 96 FLSTF, "family comes first". Then I landed a new job and have been focused on restoring my credit. I figured it was time to get back on a bike. "When the "ride fever" hit after years of not riding, I bought a 2005 Sportster from a dealer in Pennsylvania. When I taught my wife to ride, she caught the "ride fever." She wanted my Sportster and told me to go buy a new Sportster, which I happily did at the Pennsylvania dealer. After a month she wanted a bigger bike. I was on my way back to the Pennsylvania dealer when a friend said Barb's was closer and really family like. They were right. Seth sold my wife a red 09 Rocker-C but after a month she asked me to trade my new Sporster in for a 09 V-Rod Muscle for her and I take the Rocker-C. Seth made it all happen but I was most impressed with Ed in service/parts. After getting Vance & Hines pipes for my Rocker-C and a custom paint job and custom seat for her V-Rod Muscle my wife tried to order Noz for the V-Rod!#%#*!? I could not talk sense into her but Ed was quite honest and up front with us and she relented. Ed has provided a wealth of professional information on motorcycles, parts and service. My wife calls him our private Harley consultant. For now we are a happy two bike family but after visiting Barb's frequently, my wife is suggesting that we also get one touring bike for longer trips together. Stay tuned. Finally, I could go on about the many safe, fun filled events and rides sponsored by Barb's that bring people together but that would take up to much space. "

"I am absolutely in love with my new 2010 Heritage Softail Classic Motorcycle that I bought at Barb's Harley Davidson in Mt Ephraim, NJ. My experience at Barb's was fantastic. I have been looking at Harley's for about a year and finally this year made a decision to buy one. For over a month I kept coming back to Barb's and dealing with Mark in sales. He is a gem. I started to search high and low on the internet for a smaller bike to use for improving my riding skills. I found a used import bike on Barb's website and contacted the dealer ship about the bike. I'm writing this on behalf of my wife Annie, aka Mary. My wife is very shy and often has difficulty feeling comfortable with new people. She often feels uneasy walking into dealerships especially motorcycle dealerships. But not at Barb's. To my surprise my wife was very comfortable at Barb's. Everyone there was very polite and courteous. Our salesperson Dustin is excellent. He really cared about making us both feel welcomed. This is my wife's first bike. I watched the dealership personel treat everyone exceptionally well. From the sales department to the parts and clothing department, this dealership is a cut above the rest. I have personally purchased several metric sport bikes from one dealership and I thought I couldn't be treated any better. I didn't know how much better a motorcycle dealership could be until we stopped in at Barb's. Even after being helped by our salesperson, several other staff members acknowledged us. The staff made us feel welcomed. We even met the owner, Barb. If you happen to just see her at the dealership, you wouldn't even know she was the owner. She is just like everyone else. Very friendly. We are both very happy with the service from Barb's Harley Davidson. At 50 miles away, we just wish we were closer to Barb's Harley Davidson. However, the excellent service we receive from the dealership personnel makes it all worth while. One more thing, my wife pulled 4 Aces at the poker run. When you buy a bike at Barb's, they introduce you to each dealership department. At each department, you get to pull one card from a deck of cards. Because my wife pulled 4 Aces from each deck of cards, she won a $100 gift certificate. She used the gift certificate and got a pair of boots. It is very hard for my wife to find motorcycle boots that fit her because she is so small. To our surprise, Barb's H-D had it in stock. I got my 1st bike from Barb's H-D in the summer of 2010. One year prior, July 2009, I was hit, head-on, by a 28 year old female under the influence of drugs. I was already in the market to get a Harley, but that slowed my process way down. After I got the strength back, I went looking again. In the market for a 1st bike, I did my homework and came to really like the Sportster Nightster. I saw one in the window at Barb's and went in to look at it. Once inside, I saw that right next to it was a 2007 H-D XL1200C Sportster Trike in Pacific Pearl Blue with a Lehman Raider kit on it. I talked to a very knowledgable salesman and decided to get the trike. Safety reasons being my top priority. After the paerwork was done, I was on the road with my girlfriend on my very own and 1st ever, Harley Davidson. I did my own brand of customization to it and brought it from stock, to being an actual Custom Show Winner. Fast forward to Saturday, June 18, 2011. I traded that same 2007 XL1200C Sportster Trike for a more than fair price, and after a little while with my salesman, Mark Natale, who I recommend highly, I rode out of Barb's, for the 2nd time, on a dream machine. This time on 2 wheels instead of 3. I bought a brand new, 2011 Dyna Street Bob, in Vivid Black. There's a few reasons that that I bought my 2nd bike from Barb's. The main reason was because I had such a good experience buying my first one. So thank you to the entire staff at Barb's H-D. Especially, Mark Natale, for his handling of my purchase from my trade-in, to taking my picture with my new Harley, before I rode it home. And to Barb, for staffing her business with people that treat you like old friends and/or family from the moment you walk in the door. I'm more than happy with my new bike and will be sure to tell anyone in the market or even considering it at all, to give Barb's a shot, and let the way I was treated, to hopefully, help sell them on their new bike. Thanks again for everything you all did.

I just completed the Riders Edge Course during the past weekend and wanted to say how glad I am for taking it. It was a fantastic course and challenging. Instructor Mazzoni is one great teacher, who is tough but tremendously patient and very detailed. New Jersey should mandate this course for all new riders getting their licenses. Thanks to Barb’s for having a great course facility on location. Store personnel are friendly and helpful, making the students feel right at home. I have my license and feel much more prepared for street riding. You guys will see me shortly, when I come to pick up my new bike. Thanks!!!
